How did Epic get on at the Enduro Champs.

Anybody going to report on today's action.

I'll be the first, i had a good day out and got 4th in my category 14-18, with a time of 22:15. Already looking forward to Djouce.

Lots on Facebook damo won his. Smithers was second as was byrner. Pollock was 7th. And I haven't heard about Alfie or any others yet

I really enjoyed my day on the bike today but only start getting into it by stage three..riding the stages the day before is defo the trick as I missed a few turns!
Hats off to Niall Davis,these events are so well run and the atmosphere around the place is great.

Well done young David great result and being your first Enduro And on a bike that your not use to. Congrats Damo on a savage result and Smithers and Byrner, and all Epic crew that repersented the Club. I think Epic needs a Enduro section spear headed by Damo and Smithers they could teach us a thing or two.

Alfie finished just ahead of Steve P, so 6th I'm guessing? Orla was 4th, I think, in the Pro Ladies! I went up and had a look - Damo and Smithers were both visibly flying! Looked like a great event .... wish I was a bit bit less technically incompetent! Great Epic results!

Jaysus Alfie and Stev finishing top ten is there anything these lads can't do on bikes. Great result lads this shows the caliber of riders in this club. And how meny riders attend these events 350 400 congrats to you both And Orla congrats to you 4th in pro ladies just fantastic result.

Great result , Dave ,Damo (man of many talents), Richie , Smithers, Orla , Alfie and Steve. It's not easy pushing the limits, but it pays off. Well done.

Well good morning,that was a super event and really enjoyed it, Damo and I drove down and were ready to rock early so at 10am Richie Smithers Oisin Damo and myself set off.max set off ahead of us and Alfie and co were a little later.I had a clean day and went as quick as I could and all credit to our Damo because his time is mind blowing to mix it up with the Pro times well that says a lot.the dept of talent in every cat is getting deeper as this discipline explodes.Great atmosphere and craic but the wait for the podium is tiring ,don't forget to sign up for Djouce people!!!!well done to all the Epic lads and ladies !

Yep a fooking deadly days biking... great fun from start to finish but very hard work on each trail, and i know i was off on my speed at times but thats my own fault.. 36th on the day and mid pack as per normal but I think I was the fasted time out on the course in my Cat... (total time in the results)

Another great day out, fair play to Niall and his team at biking.ie, they put on a very professional event. The course was really good, a bit of everything but fun to ride. Results are posted here, http://www.sportident.co.uk/results/...e-Ballinastoe/

Oh yeah great results for loads for people, Damo, Smithers, Dave Lawless and Richie on on the steps at the end of the day is bloody brilliant with others very close..

What a great day, well done everyone for some great performances up an down the field. Damo's performance was off the scale. Had a big splat on 5. There are two types of crash, ones that last long enough for you to wonder how bad it's going to be, and the other which happen so fast you don't know what you're doing on the deck, mine was the latter. Was happy walk away from it and happier that I could scramble to time out. As far as I can see I was the fastest rider wearing an EPIC jersey! Clutching at straws maybe?
