Club gear order form

Well lads and ladies, its finally time to order club gear!

The samples are in Expert Cycles for you to try and and have a look at what you want, the gear thats available to try on:

Short sleeve jersey XS-XXXXL
Long sleeve thermal jersey XS-XXXXXL
Long sleeve wind jersey XS-XXXXL
Winter Wind-Tex jacket XS-XXXXL
Bib shorts XS-XXL
Bib tights S-XXL
Windbreaker gillet XS-XXL

The prices are on the order form.

The samples will be available for 1 week only in Expert Cycles. I will collect the samples, order forms and monies on Saturday evening (12th April). The order is going in on Monday 15th. There will be no orders after this, so make sure you spread the word to all team buddies who might not be regularly active on the forum.

I have attached the order form, so print it out, go try on the gear, fill in the order form with quantity and size, and leave the full amount (in cash) in an envelope with your order form with Alfie. Please make sure you print your name/number/email clearly as I may need to contact you if you mess something up :)

There is also lady specific chamois, so if any of the ladies (or lady boys) want this, make sure you write it on the order form.

Hi Erica, will Alfie have the forms there in the shop? I don't have a printer to print the form.

No there is none printed,but Im sure if you ask him nicely,and maybe buy him a chomp or something,he might print one for you :)

There has been a bit of a delay with the print company, so the club order isnt going in till tomorrow, so anyone that hasn't ordered and still wants to, you can bring the order form and full payment to club league tonight. Also anyone that hasnt paid in full....you know who you are! Please bring the rest tonight.
