munster Enduro round 1

So I decided to pop down to Tracton in Co. cork today. Pretty small race, maybe 40 riders in total. They had an interesting format, there was no practice day but you could ride each section twice if you wanted to.
There were 5 sections all between 3 and 5 minutes, and bar the first off camber schlomp-vest it was deadly!!!! 4 sections were in lovely condition despite the rain, deadly steep drops and fast sections.
Anyway it was a long way down and the whole race was pretty short but all in all I really enjoyed it.
I came second but then there were only 3 of us but it was a great practice for next week

Thanks for travelling and racing and Shona. The compact nature of Tracton does lend itself to short transitions and people doing the stages twice (fastest time counts)but still allowed for over 20 minutes of racing. Thank you again for your support.... s (mbcc)
