Having discussed it with Alfie - I'll be starting beginner spins in a few weeks - for beginners only - these wont be Saturday spins but a separate series just for beginners.
Lawdie says he'll help out - probably need one more adult to join in to assist.
These will be very slow and focus on skills rather than distance - you wont be out all day, and you wont be hanging at the end of it!
Tell your friends - anyone who wants to start is more than welcome.
All the usual rules apply - spare tubes, working bike, suitable clothes, some food. And enthusiasm! this will be fun!
