Sat 10th January! 2015 - Ballinastoe Woods @ 9.00 improvers/legends/others spin

Sat 10th Jan 2015 Ballinastoe Wood Roundwood @ 9.00 improvers/legends/others spin. Taking in some of the 2014 Gravity Enduro Stages (all easily ride-able!)

Normal terms and conditions, leaving Car Park at 9am.

Working bike, some water in a bottle to drink. A snack bar of some type. Some spare tubes and a pump should you flat (we'll all wait)

Partial newbies welcome (with some balance!), and seasoned pro's, going to have a bit of fun and some exploration off the well ridden path!

This promises to be another great spin! more new trails to be ridden and more stuff to be learned.

Don't be shy - get your backside in gear and put your name down below - and even if you don't you're still welcome to join us!

Post up if you are making it.

This spin will leave you more famous than Cú Chilainn.

I might be there but out friday eve but ill try and behave so I can make it.

But u wont believe what just happened !!! I cycled home in cleats!!! Its so easy, theres nothing to it but clipping out.....i cant believe I thought it was harder - its just a scarey idea. Well will see when im up a mountain but so far its grand.....; )

Its Alfies fault , he made me do it ha. I went into the shop on my lunch as one of the cleat pedals was stuck in my shoe and and the next thing the pedals went onto my bike and I couldnt get them off later so I had no choice..... but its grand , thanks Alfie!!!

Are u trying to confuse us with this name change? Nice 1 on the cleats, you'll never look back...

The name change just got done on my account one of the days, I had nothing to do with it but it prob makes more sense for others : ). Yes it was an awesome cycle home & im quite proud of me & getting more big-headed by the day. The next I have to learn is the bunny hops...just to look cooler of course
