Ugh 75 km is a bit long.! Have you done this before Terry what is it like..
No I have not done this before have heard good reports signed up last year but event cancelled due to lack of sign ups 2013 clashed with our nps in glendalough house so third time lucky, link below with map of previous event
I did it a few years ago with Kevin. It was an interesting concept. Sign on, start when you like, have a drink after. Was a good route, some mix of most things, but well worth doing. If I'm in the country I'll be looking to do it agains
I haven't done the sportive event before but I have done the loop or a version of it on my own, it's in Tyrone so beautiful countryside, obviously!! nice climb over the mountain, small bit on road and then into davagh forest trail centre, well worth doing
Just keep in mind guys that the bike Fest is on that weekend in St Anne's, great place to bring the kids to. I'll be helping out on the day with the mtb section of the festival, otherwise I'd consider the sportive, heard is really good!
