Great event, really enjoyed 2013 and glad to see it back. It would be great too get a big gang down for it
Will be heading down ok
brilliant last time makes it worth while getting a few miles in the legs 3 great events the triller ,bundlody and marathon champs in a row with a week in between each for recovery
T
Definitely keen on this one, really enjoyed in in 2013.
On a side note, What are the dates of the marathon champs, can't find them anywhere and need to check if I'm in country
Nice, thanks, that falls just between trips I think, will have a forced taper to my training beforehand.
Registration is now open folks!

Just a few words on the course.....Its quite different to 2013...This year it will start and finish in Kilbrannish Woods - same place as our Leinster League XC races So no long tarmac drag at the start and finish...There will be a neutralised start for about 2k on tarmac road and then...singletrack heaven! The course is about 35k with about 1,300m of climbing. Most of that is in 4 climbs; consequently there are 4 long descents! With shorter singletrack climbs and descents in between.

Some of you know me - I'm a mid pack S3 rider of average fitness and ability (!) and it took me around 3 1/2 hrs yesterday. I can feel it today! The last 15 mins is solid technical descending, will leave you knackered at the end but with a big smile!

Hope to see a big Epic crew on the day!
