Boom, it's race time this weekend for the bouncy bike boys and girls. Weather is looking good for it, some work for Niall and his crew to do with the trails to get them back into shape. Adrian is still injured, so it's myself, Mick who still needs a new bike, Jack, the fastest chick in Ireland and Alzer, it's goina be gnarly!

A few changes for this race with earlier and fairer queuing system, anyone who races knows who blatantly skipped the queue..... Seeded riders start from 9.30 and the pros and top 5 women(Shona Darcy) start at 1. Great idea taken from the EWS to create a better athmosphere.
Hey Steve, Malachy is going too. We are planning on registering at 9 am and then start practicing. What time you guys planning to start practicing in the morning?

Practice done, new queuing system was a big improvement. So relaxed compared to the pressure and stress and busyness of the EWS! A few greasy roots in the morning after the rain but should dry up for tomorrow, although I don't care cos I love them!! Stage 5 is just the business when its dry, absolute class, can't wait to get racing tomorrow, even though I'll be sick with stupid nerves at the start, do they ever go away?! Good crowd of Epic Enduro heads in this, good to see.
Well done Shona Darcy, 3rd in ladies, savage result! I hit a tree with my shoulder on stage 3 and spent 20 minutes in the ambulance getting checked out, v sore and stiff but good enough to try go on, survived the next 2 stages and managed 4th in my class which is super considering what happened but annoying cos I was gunning for the podium today! Straight home afterwards cos I was feeling sick and sore so not sure how the rest done.
