I'm a long time watcher of posts on the forum. I used to MTB a very long time ago but now, when faced with a rough piece of tarmac, I signal to the traffic, stop, walk around the obstacle and then remount the bike - do you think this spin is for me?

As it is a long time ago since you where biking remember working bike required also no soft caps proper bike helmet or no spin plus a reasonable level of fitness
