Thanks timers! Had a bit of a slow race myself but sure still had the Craic, must remember not to race in a rain jacket next time

horrible race - took a tumble off the rock drop off on section 1 - helmet took some whack off a stone..
the fact i walked home from dublin to dalkey the previous night as i was so locked I'd barf in the taxi didn't help either, let alone the hours
kip i got behind a wall in blackrock park on route didn't help either

Jees Robert, that sounded like a bad fall. Check for cracks on the helmet. Surprised you raced at all after a rough night like that the previous night.

I had a bad week this week. Slipped a good bit on stage 1 on those rocks. Fell off properly once and feet came out of pedals a few times. Only takes a few mess ups like that to lose valuable seconds.

Thanks to the timers, can't have been nice standing around in that weather. Not bit of fish n chips in the Golden Ball with Terrence, Caroline, Brian and Donough.

It was one of those nights that everyone struggled. Wet roots , rocks and chicken curry coming up my neck!
Still enjoyed getting out and having a laugh.That's what it's all about.
