Nice one for that Muiris I love relive! Yes that was a great spin today even if i am a bit sore now. Think I didn't give myself enough of a run up to that very first drop. Anyway nothing broken wrist wise thankfully so back on the bike in a couple of days. Such a great crew out providing the lafs & offering me first aid ( u really need lafs when you have just scared the crap out of yourself.

Hi yes doing fine thanks guys. It's more the 2 stinging cuts & the nettle sting on my upper arm causing me bother. Ice pack & hydrocortisone cream on the nettle sting now which is helping a lot & next ice pack onto the wrist. Jeez I was really jinxed on that spin today, twice over the bars shocking even for me lol. Crikey one of those days
