That was a brilliant spin yesterday. It had everything in it. Was tough, was fun, great views, great bunch.
Glen don't forget to put that recipe up on the forum for those energy balls.

Pity they had ran out of food when we got to the GAP.
I stopped at Eddie Rockets Citywest on the way home and got burger, garlic and cheese chips and a vanilla malt. Yum yum.

That was an awesome spin... Tricky in that bloody heather at the start, disturbed a lot of flies which seemed to follow me for the next half hour, but rest was great with some good testing climbs thrown in and great scenery as usual, good fun all round!

Pity about the lack of burgers at the end!

Here you go Alan....I substitute peanuts for other types, cashews are nice...
