We had so much fun last week that I just gotta go again...phantom with no dabs! If the weather isnt too bad we might put in a bit more climbing.

That was the shizz! Enduro Erica brought us down trails she can't get down herself (tbh she can, she just hasn't convinced herself yet!) My kinda spin, great to see Epic getting their jumps on, thanks for that Erica.

Thanks Enduro Erica - that was brilliant. I loved it - it had everything, lots of tricky descents, fast descents, jumps, drops, river crossings and even a see-saw!! Djouce is a great spot with so many great trails of all sorts. And we managed to make it back just before the rain so well done for organising that too! Thanks All

Was good until Erica abandoned the spin!! Something about having to go pick up the Oscar...! Didn't even know she was an actress!!

Thanks guys,that was great fun, Graham was on time, terry got his jump on, and everyone was flying on the climbs (if you could let me know where to get some fitness that would be great thanks) and the descents. I will totally do that drop,...next week :) just to stop Andy and Steve mocking me! sorry for abandoning you, there was a damsel in distress that needed rescuing, I know that last 10mins was minus craic without me,but I'll make it up to you next time....maybe even with the new and improved brownies :)
