Back doors!

Hi, my back door at home has completely rotten away and whenever it rains we end up with a big puddle on the kitchen floor. Not ideal with an eight week old baby in the house! Can anyone recommend a company that can supply and fit new doors? Cheers.

Has it got glass in it? Basically looking for a door with a wooden frame around the outside and two big glass panels with a horizontal wooden section to provide some strenght..
