Fergals loop on 3 Rock..i did it twice tonight on the carbone ( more or less) its brilliant..much better at high speed on my XC bike than mooching around on a 6" monster...
3 Rock was a kip..Fergal Kilkenny and MAD has saved it..
Djouce isn't a patch on it now..

Yeh,the loop is faster tonight than on Sunday, Still managed to go head over heals at the exact same place as Sunday. You did it twice, you SAVAGE!!!! Came across some lads on dirt bikes which had just been through the old mad loop in the forest. I know one of them and I'm going to ring him and ask him nicely not to use that as the bikes will wreck it in no time. Great new training loop,Roll on long summer evenings!!!
I'd have done more only i had to pick Sophie up from The Scouts...thats some savage climbing from Deansgrange to Johnny Foxes..
We saw some fat Goober MXer stuck in a shclomp hole just there at Ticknock..which was entertaining !!
One thing I noticed too..theres some savage amount of climbing in that loop..I didn't notice it on Sunday because Killian wouldn't shut up about Concrete ..Concrete this..special Concrete..blahblah blah..Elastic Plutonium Concrete..the molecular density of concrete..

The climb up to the masts near the end is killer,goes on and on and on!!!!! Dont like it one bit struggled big time on Sunday at that point,still I think thats going to be my new Tuesday spin,LIKE IT A LOT!!!!
just put her into the big ring and 2 from the top on the back , stand up and give it socks !!
Visualise yourself winning the sports at the next NPS and don't stop pedalling until you are at least 25 feet past the crest of the Hill..
