Epic mid-week intro spin 18.30 Ticknock, biking.ie hut.

Hi all,

Epic MTB are running a mid week intro spin on Wednesday 21st leaving the Biking.ie hut Ticknock at 18.30. This will be a short spin given that the evenings are drawing in and all that and we will stick (mainly) to the Coillte trails. Bring lights if you have them.

All welcome, nobody gets left behind, but a reasonable level of fitness is required.

Now for the few things we ask of everyone attending to adhere to.

Please bring a fully functional MTB bike or MTB-E bike.

Proper fitting helmet. No helmet no spin.

Epic MTB

Great spin - bit longer than planned but we all had lights so it was all good. Lawdie turned up at the hut so the Intro spin morphed into the usual Wednesday night spin (backwards around dogtown, climb up to tractor trail but keep going straight to get to the Euroskeptic climb, out and up the Rocky Assent all the way to FairyCastle (amazing views of Dublin's lights) then down to After Burner, back to the masts and down Metro). Celest, Jamie and Kirsty were out. Mal put in a cameo appearance late on after being delayed with a puncture. A good group, willing to take on all that was thrown at them.
