Epic Sunday Intro Spin - Sunday September 25th @11.00 from Kilternan School.

Epic MTB are running in Intro spin on Sunday Sept 25th leaving from outside the school in Kilternan at 11.00. We will be taking in the trails around the leadmines. For those out over the past few weeks, this means less climbing and 100% natural trails :-).

All welcome, nobody gets left behind, but a reasonable level of fitness is required.

Now for the few things we ask of everyone attending to adhere to.

Please bring a fully functional MTB bike or MTB-E bike.

Proper fitting helmet. No helmet no spin.

Good group out Celest, Emma, John and Billy with Gary, Max and Muiris. Bumped into Keith and his brother up along the way. A spin around the Leadmines taking in the classics, all natural. Gotta love Autumn spins.
