2002 Corrin Wood, Fermoy DH Winter Race

Some more old resurrected footage from a few years back. This time from a cool wee winter race that was held down in Corrin Wood in Fermoy (or was it a Munster league??).

From what was to be Dirty Weekends too but I guess I just got too lazy!! Would love to have a camera and a nice edit package again....and the time to go film the bloody races!!

Corrin Wood was my favourite Xc Venue..it was the first nearly all Singletrack Venue and every race was a cracker !!

No that wouldn't be Sean..he never had a GT as far as I'm aware...I've a pile of VHS Videos from the 90's of races..is there any handy way to convert them to PC googilywoogilies..

Thats Leo Quigley on the GT. Man that was a fun race even though i broke my collar bone.

Yeah brock i still had that frame had it up to a few weeks a go Niall Egan has it now.. the frame is made of Granite.. Sister Egan's building it up now for herself..

I remember he had a really nice Ford Cortina (??), there was tonnes of those lads at one stage and they all seemed to disappear.

it was an escort mexico. He still has it but its in on the list of things to do with the mountainbike comeback. Hes still doing a bit of riding but not much.
