Never been on a spin with you guys but will gladly join you, if I manage to get out of work on time.. I usually don't go for night spins before 8.00 p.m.

Yes lads I won't be running the Tuesday craic spin for a while, the idea of doing elites next year is starting to take it's toll so I have to try step up the training and try keep up with the savages, who knows I could be back next week with my tail between my legs. Fair play to John and Gary they will be well able to show everyone the hot spots with some craic throw in for good measure. Enjoy it lads

That was a great spin last even good to see Kaptain Karl & the Coconuts blazing up & down. Plenty of new people out too.
Whacked my head off a (big) branch on the POG course - took the lights off the helmet & almost my head off my shoulders, started doing first aid on myself . . . I was fine, no need to wrap the neck in towels.
There's snow atop Ballinastoe, lovely. . . Daffyds course is getting really worn out - it's almost a polished track in parts. Streams flowing here & there, solid blocks of ice in parts, it was like a christmas special. . . dreamy. . . (my head may not be right!)
