A family day out 2.5 mile bike/2 mile run/2.5 mile bike
Dec 27th 2009 starting at Vartry House Roundwood. Walkers at 1.45 , biathlon at 2.00 pm
This is a charity event for cancer research and leukaemia.Its in its 10th year running,so far has raised â¬84,000 so this year we are hoping to make the â¬100,000 mark. So we hope to see all you epicurians up for the day out and a good race with a few beverages in Vartry House afterwards,where there will be an auction with some great items to be got . Entry is adult â¬15/ child â¬5.
as the blast is going to be a two day event next year this is a good opportunity to raise the clubs profile in the area,the more epic jerseys there the better.

Could be the answer, might stick the road wheels on the trance, how cool would that look !! Might wear out the bushes tho, running at 110 psi on country roads, wouldn't it Don ?!?!
