Where can I get my wheels balanced?

I noticed a light vibration through the bars the other days since I put on a new Ignitor, I think my front wheel needs balancing, any idea who can do this?

If you have any mechanical ability you can easily do this yourself. You can buy the appropriate balancing weights in Halfords. Start with a 5g weight on every second drive-side spoke and work from there.

Noooo.... Morgan, that is the old way. It adds too much weight.
Don, spin the wheel, and when it stops, the bottom is the heavy point. drill a hole here and repeat. keep drilling until it just stops randomly. you will have to replace the tube aftre, or buy 31 patches. easier to change the tube.

Seem to have drilled off most of the cassette there as well Mr Fecker.

The rim looks like one of Kev Coughlan's bored-of-an-evening weight saving measures. The same approach can be quite effective with other parts of the bike like seat post, stem, bars, even strategic parts of the frame. Not recommended for seatstays.

you forgot fork lowers, handelbars, tyres. Anything can be drilled if you do it right, just look at one of the wolfes bikes! More holes than a russian prostitute!

I used to live in Fairbourne for a couple of years, i worked in the forestry above the Blue Lake for a local land owner, brilliant for biking, had my own little DH trail right from the top of the Garn to the bottom, right on to Friog road, about 3 miles in total with only one tiny bit of up hill, it was brilliant.
