Right as I'm sure all of you know at this stage and to remind you all we are running round 2 of the DH winter league this weekend in Cloon, so I highly recommend if for what ever reason your not helping out or if you are at all a bit downhill curious come out and have a go. And if you're not helping or riding then at least come along and cheer on all the Epic heads that are.
i'm looking forward to this,should be a deadly weekend the course rides really well and is rideable for all cant wait to kick alan aylings ass again!

that bike looks like something out of a Tommy Hilfiger advert, rich lads from the Hamptons with white sweaters around their necks with lovely teeth and big smiles, one of them playfully tugging at arse of the others lads Dockers ...

I'm out for revenge on Sham, he just pipped me at the post two weeks ago!!! Hopefully I'll get him back this weekend.. Anyway, why aren't you doing this Richard, you've had prior experience of the track from the ScaredyCat thing??
