anyone have any experiance ordering? are they good with delivery speed, it's only they tell you 3-5 working days , then when you order they tell you it won't be despached for 3 days so it could end up 8 days in total?????

Ive bought pretty much everything for my new DH bike off them since Xmas and they've usually been excellent. As the lads said, order early Monday morning and its usually dispatched that day and it usually arrive about Wednesday or Thursday for me in Cork.
The problem is you're relying on An Post after it gets south of the border, and thats where it all goes wrong.
CRC had to resend me a package on friday evening because it got lost, all the rest of them arrived but more on the 5 day side.

I've ordered A LOT of stuff from them over the last few years and on a good few occasions the order arrived the next day(if ordered early morning) but I've always got my orders within 3 days, never once has it taken longer than that!
Ah yes John, but not all of us have a platinum account with them, they'll always look after a valued customer such as yourself!!!;D
