4.00 at Carrickollogan Car Park, Kilternan.

ok..this will be XC style as the first couple of bodies want it that way..
So we will look at race preparation and those all important passing manoevers !!

Got a great buzz out of the coaching session today. Dying to get out tomorrow and put some of the stuff into practice.
