A lot of you know I've been a two finger braker since day one, it's a nasty habit that I have to put an end to, when the going gets rough I just don't have enough grip on the bars, any tips? I thought of taping my 3 other fingers together and launching myself down the EWOKS. I do need to adjust the levers as currently when I 1 finger brake the lever hits my knuckles, so the harder I brake the more a crush my knuckles, which I am conflicted about.
you are a lazy feeble man, whose never done a real days work in your life thats why you have no power in your hands to grip the bars. if you are gripping so hard that the lever is crushing your knuckles you are
A. A hopeless lily livered chickenman.
B. Your reach adjust is too short. However most feeble white collar bikers like your self just don't have the fingers for either delivering multiple orghasms to the ladies or having any open handed strength worth talking about.
I hope this helps

Thank you Coach *******, I will take your comments relating to chickemen on board, but I don't think that is the problem. I do have a highly developed right index finger due to heavy duty computer mouse work, actually that and the finger to its right are quite robust, I am wiggling both of them at the screen now, can you picture it?

yeah...i can see through my screen to yours !! i'm going to box you in the head virtually, ready yourself now !!
I have had the same problem Don (inherited from motorbike days!). The solution is to move the levers inboard so that your braking finger fall naturally onto the lever at the maximum leverage point ie towards the end! Your fingers can't get caught under the lever then and you can adjust the lever reach if necessary. I've just completed the "re-learning" process and it works!!
What did you duck for..? I have to go..O'Reilly is on his way with the Legion of Mary and the Gospel Choir of Newtown..I can hear them chanting out on the N11 !!
I didn't think you could still get pitchforks and holy Water in Dunnes !!
