Don't park your cars in the car park as they shut the gates in the evening, park along the road outside

Hey! I was asked by IMBRC to tell all the new ladies about the races in Kippure Estate. These will be great fun and are perfect for beginner / intermediate mtbers. All the ladies would be well able for these and these would be great to have a go at some new trails. The first one is this Sunday.
"The course for the first round is approx. 3km loop within the grounds of Kippure Estate, loads of singletrack and one nice fireroad climb and will include some interesting features along the way. The climbs aren't too hard, everything is rideable for beginners.
The relatively short loop will make it great for the spectators."
Hi girls, i won't be able to make it I am raging missed last week because of a wedding and i have a soar throat today :( so will miss tonight aswell and was really looking forward to it but i am doing the race on Sunday in Kappure is anybody else doing it?
well that was a really great spin, a great crowd out tonight including the future of irish ladies mountain biking Marlena.
We did xtc, then over to the new savage climb and across the felled section then down to GC, wendy had a little off just to amuse Aisling and show the girls behind her what not to do.. then back up the fire road and since they all did so well it was time to show them benchcut and his son! then over the river and up the Earls drive. then back across to lime juicer and home via fart knocker and the step!
Everyone did amazingly tonight, there's a noticable improvement in everyone's fitness and skill from week one and it's a real sign that the effort we've put in has really paid off..
good work ladies, now make sure you all get out next week so you can keep the momentum going!
well done ladies ..the key to getting better at Mountainbiking is consistency..going out every week and riding with ladies like Shona, Silvia and Carol will only bring you on..
