The the new top section looks the biz lads. Flippen can't get back on the Dh bike quick enough. Arghhhhh.

But you could ride this course on pretty much any mountain bike, we'd two young lads on hardtails giving it a good go on Sunday. So go for it. And enjoy.
one thing that is compulsory is a Full face helmet.
Armour is not Compulsory.
And bear in mind that the people you see in the videos are practically proffessionals. Or at the very least talented.
Don't expect to go blazing down the course..be cool and enjoy it, if you have any questions about the race and you are new to the sport PM AdamT or Sean ( The Happy Fairy )....you will love it but don't be expecting to do the road gaps or big jumps at your first race, go and soak up the atmosphere..theres a DH NPS in Cullahill , Co laois this weekend..go and watch the race on Sunday and see what the good and the bad are like
