For anyone thinking of having a go in Bree, watch this quick clip of the track the conditions are brilliant and the track is just so much fun to ride. nothing mental and all ridable for all levels of skill.
The run begins at 2min 20sec - (no editing software)
the gaps abour 20 ft and it looks bigger than it is, the landings a bit of a no brainer if you land short you land on a flat crest if went for it instead of the chicken run by mistake at a slow pace, you still would'nt die - but i wouldn't recommend it. as you'd land on an up slope.
To gap it clean you gotta hit it full gas from a pump off the start ramp, the run in is only about 40ft to the lip, i recon you'll get about 7 or 8 good pedal strokes in before you hit it.
it's a different aminal to Cahirs gap because youre not got the same speed and the throw doesnt drop as low either, but bigger than the finish gap on bree's the old track.
Harden the feck up and hit it stan. (my fingers are getting tired typing)
tis not too bad i nailed it today. The track is riding sweet had my saturday practise today and nailled all my ninja lines. The scourge of having to work saturdays.
mark that whisper you heard was actually me in the hole trying to figure out my name....hell no i'm not trying it yet, i don't have enough time in the air under my belt yet. That north shore jump though, sweet :)
