Well why arn't you getting money over here to build trails i don't understand, North Wales has just got another £6 million to improve the trails in Coed-y-Brenin and Llandegla, already established trail, and build 6km of DH track, plus they had over £2 million last year, whats going on?
Across the water they don't have our government, sports institutions, councils and sports funding infrastructure to get in the way to getting things done. Also the 2012 Olympics and British Cycling medal success must have a big influence on the monies they get.

isn't that quary project privately funded? I thought it was some big property development thing that they were allowed build appartments, shopping centres etc aslong as they put in recreational facilities aswell. Given current property markets I doubt if it will happen in the near future. Usually in these deals the recreation stuff is the last to be built if it happens at all. There was ment to be a hotel being built near greystones and it was given planning permision on the basis that the guy who applied said hed build an indoor ski centre. Can you see that happening anytime soon?
