Hi Colm,

I was just talking to Richie and he told me to contact you about going for a spin on one of your Saturday spins... He said to say he okay'd it. Can you send me on details? I have a down-hill and a cross country bike so whichever ..wouldn't mind taking out the Anthem X4 2010 on a trail with you..hope to hear back from you soon.

Hi Barbara,

I’ll be posting up the details for Saturday’s all mountain spin later in the week so keep an eye out for it. The Anthem would be the bike to use.

Hi Colm, that would be great. Have been over-training lately and am trying to rest up the body this weekend in order to be ready for the following Sat. Please let me know when and where and i will be there. Thanks a mill.. Barbara : )
