Irish XC MTB racing survey - help needed!!

Ok XC racers and non-racers,
Below is a link to the Irish XC MTB racing survey.

As far as I know, this is the first such survey in recent years, and it's aim is to obtain
information from the XC MTB community as to how XC racing in this country may be improved.

Note that there are questions for non-racers too!

Your response and input is REALLY important and we appreciate you taking the time to complete this survey.
The information will be very useful for clubs, race-organisers, the OffRoad Commission etc..
to help them determine what people want from a race series and how best to fulfill those needs.
It will also be of important relevance to the wider MTB comminity

There is 39 questions - all multiple choice so it'll only take you a few minutes to complete.
The questions are grouped under the headings of:

ABOUT YOU
RACE ATTENDANCE
RACE SCHEDULING
RACE ORGANISATION
COST OF RACING
RACE RESULTS AND PROMOTION

This information will be interesting for the wider MTB community, non-racers, race-organisers, the OffRoad Commission etc...
Hopefully it will confirm what we think is working well, but there maybe a few surpises too, all information will be shared so you can see what people's opinions are.

Please provide your comments at the end of the survey also - the more detail the better.
Please spread the word and send the link to your friends/post on your club forums etc..

hey lads,
If anyone has contacts/links to forums for non-Leinster clubs - particularly the north, can you let them know about this so they can put a link up.
I have made a post on MBCC, but there's loads of racers in the north,
and also a fair amount in the west & south west whom I'd really like to get their input too.
up to 80 replies now - and people are adding great detail in their comments - again, thanks for taking the time

Fergal, try further afield in the world of adventure racing maybe if you're looking for numbers of non-racers who might be tempted to partake.
that scene seems to be growing well and plenty are dipping their toes in mtb on the coillte trails.

it was good to see a lot of people putting effort into their comments - lots of interesting stuff, especially majority of people wanting a combo of fast flat non-tech with steep tough techy stuff, just need to figure out a trail to link Tymon and Djouce now.....where's Alan Ayling.....
