what is it about the Brits and the success of XC/DH over there?
more money?
loads more bikers?
more forests?
more sponsors?
more fanatical people getting stuff done?
as i'm moving to ireland this is something i would like to do over there.
do you guys know why there aren't many trails or centres over there. with in an hours drive from my house here i n.wales we have 'the marin', 2 loops at penmachno, coed y brenin and llangegla. it really is a shame that there aren't much over there (as far as i know)
what can we do?? how cool would some where similar to 7staines or even coed y brenin in the wiklow area?.
any ideas how we could achieve this?? where to start?
its slowly comming. We have 3 trail centres now and seen as they have been huge successes the powers that be are thinking of more of them. Its not gonna happen over night. It didn't in wales they just have a big headstart on us.
