Again this week we'll be doing pretty much the same route as last time but taking in still another bit we haven't seen yet - dont worry! its not another hill...not really(!)
As before nobody is getting dropped and there's plenty of opportunity to bail out if you want to.

Great spin this morning. Nice pace and route. Credit to John for the time he takes to pass on his experience and skills. You don't get that anywhere else. Good to see some familiar faces again and to be back on the MTB.

yea, fair play to John for this, hes a credit to the Club and Elvis impersonators everywhere.

Yeah nice one John.....had to leg it off early to get back to the kids.....good to see yez all for the first half.

that was a real enjoyable spin! had good fun, nice to see everyone in great form and testing themselves - John has great patience with everyone and is great at getting good technique across! bonus!
