Inspired by RL's inflation success story I though Id start a thread with peoples bike repair/disrepair stories.....Im sure the LBS mechanics will have a few crackers.....

One that springs to mind is when the lads in Cabinteely were trying to get a seized sit pin out of a frame using a blow torch (to heat) and spray oil (to cool)......hey, what's the worst that could happen!

Not so recently I managed to get a BB out of a frame using ONLY a hammer.
