Wickow Adventure Race

Despite our no. 1 racer not being able to race, (Eoin Keith) Epic was well represented with Adrian Hennessey a very respetable 4th, splits say he was leading for a bit, Daniel Morrogh not far behind in 11th.

This year they added in another 3.5Km run as the last stage, which made it longer (and harder for me)

It was a well run event again on a very demanding course. I think I forgot how long 4.5 hrs of racing is.

And you forgot to mention that you finished 28th, which I think is still savage. Well done boys!

Well done lads. Some great results there!

It was a savage day out. The final 4km run was a real test. Still feel battered. Would recommend anyone to give it a go sometime. Great atmosphere and lots running battles as people's different strengths came to to fore in the various parts of the race.

My thighs are still sore !
