Just got myself one of these:



They are made by a family owned company in US, have a look at their website:

I'm not affiliated with them in any way but I really think it's a brilliant idea to have something like that with you at all times (when doing solo training spins especially).

I went for the Wrist ID Elite as I like the rubber strap (no durty comments!). I ordered mine last Tuesday and it came in the post today, no customs or VAT charges.

Looks cool and really well made, should last a long time.

Don't know my blood group and I'll order the replacement badge when I find out.. that's the plan anyway.

my blood group is AB+ otherwise known as a universal acceptor.
I can take any blood type even though mine is the rarest, how feckin cool is that :-)

gobsh1te, cops use mobiles to identify dead or unconcious people, if you had all paid attention to the thread about ICE numbers a while back you will have them in your phone for such purposes !!

I do. But.. what if you fall and smash your mobile (happend to me) or it runs out of battery power? Do you swim or surf with your mobile phone?

how do you fix your chain with that - it looks a bit big?

i both kitesurf and windsurf with mine all the time,a friend had to call the life boat one day as his mast broke in two, they came out of the harbour and headed for bray he was able to phone them and say turn around im the other direction.
i put the sim card in an old sony ericcson pop it into a aquapak and you dont even know its there.
