I haven't been on any of the Saturday spins due to one thing or another but the good news is ,that I am around tomorrow.

sure you can come..go out along the n11 to Kilmacanogue
keep going, under the flyover..about a mile or so down the road theres another bridge with the ECOSHOP on your left take the left turn as if to travel over the bridge but just before the actual bridge there is a right turn signposted Glen Of the Downs Golf Club - take this
go up the little twisty road passing the golf course on your left till you come to a t junction
go right and kindlestown is on your left about 500 yards up the hill..keep an eye out for a green landrover Discovery

well that was a very relaxed spin..Kindlestown was extreme schlomp to the max, but parts of GOD were bone dry !!
only a handful turned up ,but it was a good handful..
we even had Nathan Carr with us, he would put loads of you nose picking nonsense monsters to shame..all the way around Kindlestown including the climb of death , down the deadly descent of GOD, up the savage climb down the tunnel trail, the steps and the off camber track and back up via Delgany..what a savage..
Melanie had a savage crash on her first outing with us..I didn't see it but i sure as **** heard it behind me..

Good spin guys,just what i needed to get back on bike after killer man fle.Nathan is a real tryer and never gives up.What do you feed him on Kyptonite ?We now have new Crash of the year candidate Alan Sarahan who performed a bird like impression as he departed from his bike at the top of sleep gulley at barrys bridge GOD.He must have dropped 25ft but tucked and rolled on the leaves missing killer tree by 6in.Lucky guy or skilled landing.
