Brilliant! I have been looking forward to this for a while! I have heard alot of interesting things about you guys !!! We'll see if you live up to the hype ;-)

After the 7th of November, if there is enought interest I am going to be running a beginners spin every month, these will take place in the first week of every month.

I'll give help too - obviously! Ha ha. Now, who want's to help find the flipping charger that I lost for my lights !!! (spin tomorrow's going to be a biatch without!)

As I am sure most of you are well aware there has been a huge increase in vandalism/break ins to cars parked in Djouce and many other car parks in the Dublin and Wicklow areas of late. Last Saturday we returned to the bottom car park in Djouce and 3 cars have been broken into with windows and panels destroyed in the process. Leave nothing in the car that they will go for, sat navs, kit bags etc...fcukers!!
