Intermediate/beginner spin Sat 29th Oct..

Any interested in me running a intermediate/beginner spin on Saturday the 29th of October?. Usual spot, meeting at Avoca in Rathcoole at 9:30 for a easy route of around 60Km. I'll do what suits people's abilities, with this spin no one will be left behind, let me know if your interested. Any questions just post them on the fourm.

Sorry never mentioned road anywhere, but its a road spin, road bike needed and a small bit of road cycling experience.

Max, I think Oz is around as well, so we'll head out and have handy one before the club champs.
