Tour of Ulster 3 day stage race (which I'm doing)
Sunday the Frank O'Rourke Mem. in Wexford, open to A4's, A3's and A2's

I'm doing the ToU with the team I'll be doing the RAS with, it's a hard race, with a few teams coming over from the U.K for it, there are 4 stage's
stage 1 A hilly 147km
stage 2 108Km
stage 3 3.2km TT
stage 4 Hilly lap circuit of 123Km

I'll wirte a report after. If I have the energy!!!

was thinking of doing a road race this weekend.....but not that!
