Now , watch as Rob McLoser and Handcream Nobike get all giggily thinking they might be competive in these races. Whereas the rest of us know the most they will ever be good at is taking abuse from Champions like me, Alfie and Doris ..its good to be the Champ ! anyway here that 4 hour cross race you were rubbing sand in your ****** over !

Of course I am..I'm the Champ. You know, nothing would please me more than to see losers like you and Lynchy and Handcramp win something..it would remind me that God has got a plan for us and nice guys finish first..
But I doubt it but best of luck anyway, maybe the rest of the field will come down with Montezumas revenge or get lost or fall asleep from the drudgery of getting to Clondalkin and you and Richard and Anal Lube will get the top 3 positions..stranger things have happened !
I don't get how one can look forward to a CX race... I thought it was only there to fill the gap in between two summer seasons?
you've never even tried it, you're hobbiling around with your hoop in a sling from too much Polish butt munching..how dare you mock Rob, Richard and Anal Lube..at least they've tried it..I don't know how you're going to cope in France when little old ladies strapped into zimmer frames kick your arse all the way up the Col du Groovychicks..
