Last years av speed on the first stage was 47 kph! Yikes
Well, first day over, all the team did great with Robin and Mark finishing 1 minute ahead of the bunch, with the rest all on the same time after a crash ahead of the race.
Time trial in the morning, then a 92k stage race which should sort out all the placings.
Yeah great racing on the first stage almost all the crew were up around the front of the bunch all day with robin going with every single attack mark too tried to get away a couple of times and I even had a go myself towards the end of the race the break finally went with about 10kto go mark got away with 9 others with robin bridgeibv across after seeing it was going to stick..with three k to go there was a car crash up the road and the race was halted. At this stage the bunch had split too bits with a lot of bodies shelled but fortunately for them they got roll back up to us in the confusion so all th bunch on the same time
