Fixx SuperCross Cup: Round 4: Kilternan

Well, the final round will soon be here..

For those of you who've never raced before, it's on private land opposite the blue church, a mix of fields, trees, fast turns, humps and a run up... Always a great event, and there's the GB across the road to have your lunch/dinner after if you want...

Entries open now, don't forget, you can take part in the B race on your MTB, so if you have never done a cross race before, this will be a great chance for you!

Just back from a christmas party, I'll be watching it (after a spin).

Well done to all the EPIC club members who raced today, Terry Beard, Dave M, Max, young Brendan, and Chris who picked a right muddy race to start off his CX season!

Great event, the flyover bridge looked cool, and the course challenged every rider, so those of you who finished with your bike intact did very well!

Alfie and Dan were in the pits for the Experts..

Adrian&Son, PhilT, JohnD, Erica&Oz with Hanna all appeared to give support to the racers...

Shocking tough going there today no grip legs felt good but couldn't transfer that into any
Sort of speed in the muddy conditions. Seriously found out there with me lack of cx skills took every corner like a lorry was all over the place in general! Felt like throwing in the towel but keep it lit and glad to finish it!

Great course and event and it's a credit to team Worc for putting on a great event when the weather wasn't on their side would have been easy to cancel or postpone

Well done to all whom raced and cheered

Great race but it was the hardest conditions wise race I have done in 3 years. I had the mind and legs today in the right place and felt really good and competitive (was in the top 10 then) until the bike started packing up.
Couldn't really compete with those who had a fresh bike every lap but kept going and had a few good battles along the way.
Enjoying doing absolutely feck all on the couch right now!
