It's a deadly race Chris, do it, great course. I'd join you if I was even half fit!

I have no excuses , so I'll be there. I even resisted finishing the bottle of wine!

Very tough race today with the juniors flying up the hills. Weather and racing excellent, but only managed around 10th- 12th or so at the finish for both of us.
All in all, a good day.
