Ah, very disappointed with that, I did'nt think a lower tyre pressure would make such a difference (I used high pressure), but in saying that , I damaged a tyre with higher pressure a week previously. Mud tyres are probably the answer.
The elite racing made for an entertaining afternoon, with plenty of craic. Now for a week's rest and back to MTB, bring it on!

That was a great weekends riding and spectating in Fota big shout out to La Ronde for a well run event, other EPIC riders there Brendan on the sat Niall on the Sunday
Trilled to come home with a medal had not expected that as the standard in the M60 has taken giant step forward with Johnny McCabe joining the M60 ranks and now the Champ the young lads stepping up from this years M50 to M60 next year will have there work cut out for them.
Thanks to Harry and Trevoir for lone of bike and looking after pits on Sunday plus Brendan and Richard for all the advise and assistance over the long CX season
Now need to recover and get out for a spin.
