Round 15 Results

Well with Shona back things have returned to normal, and we have a nice set of results for you. Thanks Shona & Co. for the timing, and Culchie for starting us off. PM me if there are any corrections to the results.

45 racers out there tonight, and although the lap times are a little slower than usual, I really enjoyed those conditions. Great bit of crack sliding around, and to finish off in the pub with what can only be described as a super human simultaneous **** and tooth brushing demonstration from the Culchie, you just aren't going to beat that anywhere! Brilliant.

Wow, I forgot how bad that was. In a good way. Eyeballs out racing with hillybilly Jackson from gun to flag. As for Rigid Mikkkkkkkkey. I now think he has no Taxi. He pedals a rickshaw around Dublin. Arn't all TaxiMen Fat Cnuts?
No wonder EPIC riders come on so much.

slow times to be expected for me in those conditions, but the course was great slidey fun, and when a herd of savages are up your trumpet, you get to see how they get around the tricky stuff in the wet too, so a useful nice at the races!

Tonight was great craic,Cluchie is a brillant starter,just so funny.And great shouts of encouragement from the timers at the finish line,and yeah,Micks kids are great cheerleaders!!Thanks to all.Enjoyed the chat in the pub after,those who didnt get out tonight missed another fab Epic club league race!

Well I was pure sh*!* tonight, worse than my first time around. No excuses, just utterly useless. I thought I was getting better .....more effort needed.

Great night lads and girls.Thank you shona terry culchie for count down and number collecting....I felt like i was flying but times suggest other wise.I will be back with diffrent legs next week i have just ordered some on line hopefully these might make a diffrence .The best to night was flip flop man i couldnt believe my eyes........HARDCORE OR WHAT.........well done everyone. Dave i had a chance to push you into the ditch at the end of the last fire roed to the finish line and take tonights title you were 2 inches from arms length dohhhhh......well done missile and caroline ......

Thanks to the boisterous timers, Bryan, Daragh, Shona, Terry. Micks girls were a riot. The Culchie was shouting at me so much I thought he was coming on to me, it certainly made me pedal faster. Great result from Dave, he flew past me within minutes of starting, the computer need a right re Booting. Didn't really have a dice with anyone and just kept grinding to the finish, I kept passing Bren fiddling with his bike and he still beat me. Great to see Stew back in action, Carol also looked very strong when I went past her, there's no hiding up there in those conditions.

But the place needs some work, count me in for some much needed tidying up, the descent in section one is like riding through a mine field, would be nice to get it done before the season is over, only 4 races left by all accounts.

Hey, and I go away for 2 weeks and there's a well bedded in shortcut at the end of section 3, you've all gone soft I tells ya.

First top 10 this year ..... yahoo! Felt good last night and really enjoyed the race for a change this year! Trying to push bigger gears wherever I can (as instructed by Alfie and Richie) and it definately helps!

Thanks Timers and Starters! I was DAB-tastic lastnight! Little dab here, full body dab there......all over the place. I was cycling like a blind man!! On the up side tho, i think im getting quicker up the hills.
Im really going to miss it when it finishes in a few weeks.
