Trying to deal with Cycling Ireland?

I posted this in the members section so it doesn't further hamper me trying to deal with CI. This isn't just a general dig at CI Ireland either.

For the past four weeks thats right FOUR I have being trying to get whomever operates the licences in CI to address my application.

I have emailed many times, phoned and left voice mails and most recently called last Friday morning around 12.15 to be told via a voicemail sorry CI phone answering hours are from 11 - 1.

Is just me / people with EPIC on their membership details or are they this **** to everyone?

The first I heard back from them was an email from Heather Boyle just now with zero professionalism, no greeting or anything remotely business like saying

'See your profile from previous registration below.'

That was it with a screen shot attached, the problem is the details they have are totally wrong and I can't complete the registration because of it and have tried to tell them this for almost a month now.

Last time I got this kind of run around I told Vodafone I'd send my next communication via a brick through the window, is this what's needed to get any kind of reaction form CI.

Only for I need it for Epic membership I wouldn't bother with CI at all.

I know it's a pain in the arse Adrian but I would go into the office and sort it out with them there! I did that for the two years previous to this and they were really nice when you can actually meet them face to face! Having said that I found the online system worked really well this year but it seems that once things start to go wrong it falls apart ..... !
