So the Blitz in TIcknock was on today, I went to Roundwood with Damo, Jackson, Jack, Niall, Shona, Orla,Phil.Max, Oscar ,Steo and Andy Fitz ...thats all, I saw Ross P , Ross Ennis and Marlena in the photos of the Blitz.

Skippy was cutting the grass because I met Claire on her bike in Roundwood and she told me.. we have about 100 members !
Well I cycled from home - spent an hour and a half in the Leadmines - rode down to Enniskerry and watched Sam play a football match - then went via Killegar to 3-Rock and watched some of the Blitz - down the Dream Track and home on the road! Steve P was racing and I met Ray D, Rob Trench and a few others up 3-Rock too!
Well I'm layed up with a pain in me bo11ix after a large lump was removed from my back. Tried to sit on bike today but impossible, as a palm sized piece is now missing from my shoulder blade. So I won't be back for a while!!
I was helping Skippy with his grass, the mans crazy for it, he uses his chain wear tool to asses blade height and uses topiary shears and a spirit level while cutting. Took the whole day to do three square metres, never again.

Jesus Adrian, that BBQ floats every health and safety reg I know, dogs all over the place, child adjusting the gas, botulism burgers and judging by the dials no flame at all. I fear that might be your last for some time!

Ah Don sure Jack id almost two and a half and sure with the help of the two dogs together between them they have all the skills needed to not only adjust the gas but flip the burgers. And should you ever get a Fiesta BBQ Don thats the 'high' setting the burners are on.
