SUnday spin reports

Well there were several Sunday spins on today, which is great. My group of high performance reprobates rode out from Palmers , picked up Mark Kenny along the way on his new 29'er, then we rode all the sections of the Gravity Enduro plus some of the first NPS course including the cheerful Foxglove climb ! after the last section me and Max and some of the remaining hard *******s took off across Powerscourt and into Crone and finished up ripping along the singletrack in Powerscourt by the river and back to Palmers via Enniskerry..super spin, not as fast as it could have been considering the amount of XC bikes on show but great to see Terry back in action , Steo and Andy are flying. Some gallop back on the road ! We lost Richard which was a pity.

Just been doing too much .... been out 10 of the last 14 days and climbed nearly 10000mts ..... just couldn't stay with you guys at all! Didn't want to hold you up any longer! Still enjoyed myself as long as it lasted! Cold on the way home in the rain! Great to see Terry making a return to form .... he always adds to the occasion! Thanks lads!

You missed the funniest moment on a mountainbike ever..Bon hauled on the brakes going up the Earls drive and Smithers, me and Max all endoed in to each other ! I'm loving the new bike..jesus such a difference from last week !

Yeah great spin, after a week of serious slacking it was good to do a proper Epic offroad adventure. Some hillarious moments thanks to Smithers, BON and Richie... he got the hang of the new bike at the end though! Great to see Terry back in good form and everyone was doing very well. See you all at the Hill Climb!

jesus yeah..i rode straight in to a tree at one stage !!

An awesome spin. Was abit of biking the last few weeks but that got my Ying and yang back firing on full power again. Great gang out and deadly to see more epic riders out ripping up the trails....

If you didn't enjoy that and djoice today then your in the wrong sport.

That was the snizzel loved every bit of it was up there yesterday on the big bike so toke the ht out today so meny laughs deadly bunch out won't make next Sunday as young Chloe is making her confirmation thanks Richie see you all for the hill climb .... Im still buzzing hear hell yeah

You lot were booting down section two toward the river, I was on the stinking fire road heading back to the carpark. Trails were super there today, dry with a hint of slime.

post your spin report Don..let us all know what a great one you had, who you were with, all that jazz. I have given up trying to round up a spin leader to run "The Sunday Spin" , I've also given up trying to coax people on to the harder one and to stay on it so it seems the fairest and less stressful way to do things is for everybody who rides their bike on Sunday , post their spin. Maybe that will encourage people to run a few spins themselves.

This is not a spin but my brother came second in the national 10k road running race well second Irish man while we where on our bikes just some useless info I though I'd shear !!

I had a great spin around 3 rock for a quick hour and a half with Graham hand and John Harri. It was cool way to spend a free couple of hours.
Considering Harri is not at his fittest you would want to see the goes of him down Ewoks. Deadly.

Not much to report I'm afraid, 9am special with Justin, who was still a broken man from some 24 hours Adventure race madness. Did XTC, Gwangi, humps, Section 4 and 5, then Justin's rear mech went bang and that was that. Met Karl and son, Landai and Andy waiting for Kellyer, lots of people out and about which is great. I know you cherry pick your compadres but keep me on your Lug list!
