That was tough going tonight and the conditions didnt help. Myself and Don were neck and neck most of the race, he was flying on the downs but managed to make some ground on the climbs. Thanks to the timers and starters.
Well thats my last club race for 3 weeks, im off to a sunnier climate next week. Bottles of corona, shots of tequila and tacos await me in Mexico :D Ill try to bring back the good weather!
I had to give this one a miss unfortunatly, don't have a car at the mo and cycling out and back from D6 in this weather wasn't really an option.... see yiz all on Sunday!
That was a great buzz. The poxy mud and sideways action was so much craic. My brakes locked full on on the second lap and I didnt have a clue wtf was wrong till everyone passed me but who cares.

Four weeks in the mud and rain, that has to be some kind of record??
I was dreading this all day was not in the mood at all !! But that was the best club race for me to date was having a great battle whit Jackson for 2 and a half laps until macniples was rolling around the mud whit him don't know what they where up but it wasn't pritty !! Thanks graham and all the timers and shouters and Richie for sucking all the water off the course .. I can't think of a more fun way to get dirty !!
That was another fun evening in the quagmire. It was painful having Rigid Mickkky behind you for a lap!!! He was flying and could not take it any more. Good to see Terry back in form too.
Again big thanks to everyone who make this happen. Only heard today of the sabotage so fair play to all who dealt with that to make it a safe race.

Great dice with Caroline on the last lap - she has a great trick of suddenly almost stopping to force you to put you feet doen
And then she sprints off and she's 20ft away..
